We ship all orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
